- Sales scripts. Full discovery-to-close script, versioned.
- Testimonials library. Every client result tagged by industry, size, problem.
- Template HQ. Every template with copyright footer and version number.
- Annual planning process. One page that runs the whole year.
- CEO calendar. Not a calendar app, a design for what the week should look like.
- Journal. Daily database entry for wins, lessons, and what I'm avoiding.
- Wisdom journal. Insights that survived a few weeks, reread quarterly.
- Nightly shutdown ritual. Clear inbox, capture loops, set tomorrow's one thing.
